About Us
Rene G. van Sauter and Francesca A. de la Flor purchased the property for Oak Knoll Meadows Farm in order to insure excellent care for their own Throughbred Broodmares. Working with a series of advisers they set about to create lush pastures, state of the art barns and individualized care and feeding programs for the mares and foals at Oak Knoll Meadows.
Oak Knoll Meadows has recently been accepting broodmares from other owners. Supported by veterinarians from Rood and Riddle as well as by a highly experienced staff, Oak Knoll Meadows now provides all services necessary to care for your broodmare including teasing, breeding shed runs, and foaling.
Our foaling manager has foaled many Grade 1 winners including Barbaro, and Giacomo.
And, Oak Knoll Meadows' boarding rates are among the lowest.
